What is the Mr. and Mrs. Woofstock Contest?
We're looking for photos of the region's cutest dogs to serve as our "spokesmodels" for 2019. We will choose photo(s) of one male and one female dog. The winning pets' photos will be used in our advertising materials* to promote Woofstock 2019.
Vote for Your Favorite Pet!
Photos submitted to the Mr. and Miss Woofstock Contest will be displayed on our website so the public can weigh in. Vote for your favorite pet for a $1.00 donation per vote. These donations are used to help us continue to provide low-cost spay/neuter services.
- YES! You can vote for your own pet (and so can your friends and family; spread the word)!
- YES! You can vote more than once (for example, $10 = 10 votes).
Photo submissions will be accepted until 11:59 pm (EDT) on Sunday, May 12, 2019
Photos must be submitted via the entry form on our website at www.mbmspayneuterclinic.org/contest.
You must submit high quality photos. (We reserve the right to disqualify photos which are not clear / high quality.)
Members of the public and participants will be allowed to vote for their favorite photos via our website for a $1.00 donation per vote.
The top 10 male and female vote recipients will be reviewed by the Director of the Clinic and a photo of one male and one female will be selected to reign as Mr. and Miss Woofstock 2019.
By entering the contest, you certify that you own the rights to the submitted photo, and grant an irrevocable, unlimited, transferable license for the photo to be used to promote Woofstock 2019 and Bristol Humane Society / Margaret B. Mitchell Spay/Neuter Clinic. In other words, please do not submit photos taken for you by other people or by professional photographers (unless you are the professional photographer who took the photo).
* Promotional materials and media may include (but are not limited to): printed flyers, newspaper or magazine articles and advertisements, television appearances, and online promotions or advertisements (on our website, Facebook, Twitter, or other websites). It is not guaranteed that all forms of media will be used, nor is it guaranteed that the winning pets' photos will be used in every advertisement.
